Transcription: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Set a bowl of finely chopped chocolate in a saucepan filled with hot but not boiling water. Stir from time to time. Make sure that the chocolate does not come into direct contact with the heat for it will burn, nor into direct contact with the water for it will thicken.
